REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Musa Otieno Ngayo (ID/13787504), of P.O. Box 129– 00519, Mlolongo, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property containing 0.0971 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Ntashart/6882, situate in Kajiado County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
