REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sepha Nyatichi Mabeya (ID/21784175), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all those pieces of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Donyosabuk/Komarock Block 1/94546 and 94547, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
