THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Denis Murimi Muriithi (ID/2691042), is registered as
proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ngariama/Thirikwa/2342,
containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of
Kirinyaga, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show
that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given
that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall
issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
