REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Njenga Githuba (ID/11250663), of P.O. Box 264–00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Ruiru Kiu Block 4/T. 489, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed of the said piece of land issued thereof is missing/lost, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
