WHEREAS Olasiti Benchmarks Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 42, Hola in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 31231, Mkunumbi in the Republic of Kenya, situate in Lamu District, registered as C.R. 70096, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
