REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Wamunyu Njeru, of P.O. Box 9018–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 12661/80, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a grant registered No. I.R. 90940/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
