REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Wilson Gakui Mwai, (2) Joseph Ngatia Mwai and (3) Patrick Wambugu Mwai, as the beneficiaries of the estate of Annah Mwihaki Mwai, all of P.O. Box 99426–80107, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 13673/794, situate in south of Ruiru Township in the Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 58812/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
