APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (3) (e) of the Kenya Heroes Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Gender, Culture and Children Services, appoints— BILLY KOMINTAI KONCHELLAH to be a member of the National Heroes Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th September, 2025.
