THE COMMUNITY LAND ACT

IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by section 8 (1) of the Community Land Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County Government of Baringo has developed the Adjudication Programme for the following community in Baringo County set out in the first column of the Schedule.
