IN EXERCISE of the power conferred by section 8 (1) of the Community Land Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County Government of Mandera, has developed the Adjudication Programme for the following communities in Mandera County set out in the second column of the Schedule.
