GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10351

WHEREAS Otamo Achuch alias Paulus Otamo Achuch (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Kanyawegi/1232, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E615 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of Jackson Oleche Otamo and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Jackson Oleche Otamo, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Otamo Achuch alias Paulus Otamo Achuch (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Otamo Achuch alias Paulus Otamo Achuch (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
