NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-27, in Volume B-13, Folio 2433/22204, File No. 1637, by our client, Sharif Hood Hussein Salim Hassan Al-Aidarus, of P.O. Box 16704-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Shariff Hood Hussein, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shariff Hood Hussein, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shariff Hood Hussein Salim Hassan Al-Aidarus, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shariff Hood Hussein Salim Hassan Al-Aidarus only.
