NOTICE is issued in pursuance to the provision of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owners of the Scrap and salvage Motor Vehicles mentioned below to take delivery of the said Items from Auto Weichai Center Limited within Fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all accrued bills plus storage charges up to date of taking delivery and costs of advertising. Particulars: KDD 425H – Honda; KDG 602P- Mercedes; KCW 369M- Subaru; KBS 661G- Land Cruiser; KDK 840D- Honda; Concrete Mixer – yellow in color; KCZ 905Q- Nissan March; KCY 817W- Nissan Lafesta; KDC 395C- Nissan March. Failure to comply with the obligation to take delivery as stipulated above, Auto Weichai Center Limited, will sell the said scrap and salvage vehicles (without further reference to the owners) either by public auction or by private treaty. The proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the accrued charges. The balance if any shall remain to the owners ‘credit but should there be any shortfall, the owners shall be liable.
