WHEREAS Salimu Hassan Mwachidiwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo/604, situate in the county of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E106 of 2025, has vested property to Mwanamisi Salimu Chidiwa (ID/13282593) (as a Trustee), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Salimu Hassan Mwachidiwa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, Dated the 25th July, 2025.
