THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mwaono Hamisi Baya and (2) Ali Hamisi Mwamsema (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Ng’ombeni/1487, situate in the county of Kwale, and whereas in the law Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E081 of 2025, has vested property to (1) Bakari Msomali Koba, (2) Idd Msomali Koba Mohamed Msomali Koba, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Mwaono Hamisi Baya and (2) Ali Hamisi Mwamsema (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Mwaono Hamisi Baya and (2) Ali Hamisi Mwamsema (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
