REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Helen Kigotho (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Euasonyiro Ilpejeta Block 1/348, situate in the county of Laikipia, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Karatina in Succession Cause No. 278 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Felix Kiragu Kigotho (ID/3210637) and Lawrence Nduhiu Kigotho (ID/13539844), as the administrators, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Helen Kigotho (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 in the names of the said (1) Felix Kiragu Kigotho (ID/3210637) and Lawrence Nduhiu Kigotho (ID/13539844), as the administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Helen Kigotho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
