GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10281

WHEREAS Gladys Wakanyi Ngunjiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Laikipia/Marmanet/451, situate in the District of Laikipia, and whereas at Chiefs Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 51 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Joseph Muhoro Ngunjiri and (2) Anne Wangeci Ndegwa, and whereas the said (1) Joseph Muhoro Ngunjiri and (2) Anne Wangeci Ndegwa has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of (1) Joseph Muhoro Ngunjiri and (2) Anne Wangeci Ndegwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gladys Wakanyi Ngunjiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
