THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Kariithi Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the County of Kirinyaga, known as Kiine/Sagana/2706 and 2707, containing 0.36 and 0.303 hectare or thereabouts respectively, and whereas the Judge of the Kerugoya Law Court in Succession Cause No. E460 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Samuel Mwangi Kariithi (ID/21134688), and whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier to the said Paul Kariithi Macharia (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Samuel Mwangi Kariithi (ID/21134688), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Paul Kariithi Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
