THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Ngavo Muchende alias Charles Ngabo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kakamega/Lukume/1095, situate in the District of Kakamega, and whereas the Butali High Court in Succession Cause No. E101 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Ronald Ngavo Muchende, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Charles Ngavo Muchende alias Charles Ngabo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Charles Ngavo Muchende alias Charles Ngabo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
