THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimngetich Tiongoi Ndaur (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that parcel of land known as Nandi/Soimining/442, situate in Nandi County in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kabiyet in Succession Cause No. E056 of 2024, has issued letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Simion Kiplimo Bett, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the Simion Kiplimo Bett, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimngetich Tiongoi Ndaur (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
