REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martha Wangari Ngereko (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 2.619 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Karai/Gikambura/6574, and whereas in the Senior Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E370 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Williamson Mungai Ngaruiya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Martha Wangari Ngereko (deceased), 25th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Martha Wangari Ngereko (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
