THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jeremiah Kobia M’Munoru, of P.O Box 1120, Maua in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.2000 hactare or thereabouts, situate in the County of Nairobi, known as Nairobi/Block 99/124, and whereas the environmental and land Court at Milimani in Succession Cause No. E221 of 2020 has directed for the cancellation and revocation of the interests and certificate of lease issued to Jeremiah Kobia M’Munoru as the proprietor of Nairobi/Block 99/124, and register the beneficiaries (1) Edgar Okaya and (2) Elayne Khalenya Okaya, as per the confirmation of grant issued as the registered owners, and whereas all efforts made to recover the certificate of lease to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with cancellation of the certificate of lease issued to Jeremiah Kobia M’Munoru.
