REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Beswell Wanderi, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Dundori/Muguathi Block 2/3079, situate in the District of Nakuru, and whereas the Kenya Court of Appeal at Nakuru Civil Appeal No. 156 of 2012, ordered that the land be registered in the name of petitioner James Gichure Kionga, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to cancel the titles issued to Samuel Beswell Wanderi, in compliance with the court order and revert back to the original No. Dundori/Muguathi Block 2/47.
