REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aamir Shabbir H. E. Kitabwalla, as the administrator of the estate of Moiz Ebrahimjee Kitabwalla, of P.O. Box 80904– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, was registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that Flat No. 6 second floor erected on piece of land known as Mombasa/Block X/213, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show the white card in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
