REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Wilhelm Heinrich Telaar and (2) Elizabeth Waithera Gakari, (as Trustees of (1) Carolyne Muthoni, (2) Rosemary Wanjira and (3) Chilly Willy, – all minors), all of P.O. Box 655, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership of subdivision No. 2276/III/MN interest of all that piece of land, situate on Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi County, containing 0.0397 hectare or thereabouts, registered under certificate of title No. 24363, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
