REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Said Seif Juma (as Trustee of 7 others), of P.O. Box 52, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership on subdivision No. 34/VI/MN interest of all that piece of land, situate on Mtwapa in the Kilifi County, containing 24 acres or thereabout, registered under certificate of title No. C.R. 5735, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said Certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
