WHEREAS Romanus Odhiambo Otieno, of P.O. Box 62000- 00200, Nairobi, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 19959/34, situate in South West Thika Municipality in Kiambu County, by virtue of grant, registered as I.R. 106216, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
