IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the Tana River County Investment and Development Corporation Act, 2016, and pursuant to section 30 (2) (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012, and in accordance with sections 4 and 9 of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Act, 2017, it is notified for the general information of the public that the following persons have been appointed to serve as Members of the Board of the Tana River County Investment and Development Corporation: A. Members Appointed and Approved by the County Assembly (Pursuant to section 6 (1) (a) of the Tana River County Investment and Development Corporation Act, 2016) Johnson Galole Dima – Chairperson. Uruji Japhet Daiddo – Vice-Chairperson. B. Members Appointed as Professionals (pursuant to section 6 (1) (e) of the Tana River County Investment and Development Corporation Act, 2016) Musa Abdi – Member, Salma Mohamed (Ms.)– Member, Gerald Bombe – Member, 4572 4572 The tenure of all appointed members shall be three (3) years, effective from the date of this publication, and shall be renewable once, in accordance with the Tana River County Investment and Development Corporation Act, 2016.
