IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation re-appoints— John Lekuton (Dr.), Osman Abdi Sirat, Elias Shill, Christine Chepkoech Kibet, to be Members of the Board of Directors of the Northern Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 25th July, 2025.
