NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1442, in Volume D1, Folio 5/037, File No. MMXXV, by our client, David Pelela Masayio, formerly known as David Koyiaki Masiaine, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Koyiaki Masiaine and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name David Pelela Masayio, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name David Pelela Masayio only.
