NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 7th January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB13, in Volume B-13, Folio 2392/21716, File No. 1637, by our client, Harriet Munyazi Mwangome, of P.O. Box 98425–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Harriet Munyazi Mapenzi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Harriet Munyazi Mapenzi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Harriet Munyazi Mwangome, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Harriet Munyazi Mwangome only.
