NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2163, in Volume D1, Folio 1418/1594, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mohamud Ibrahim Mohamed, of P.O. Box 68474–00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamud Mohamed Kassim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamud Mohamed Kassim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamud Ibrahim Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamud Ibrahim Mohamed only.
