THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Fredrick Kimani (ID/8923415), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Kajiado/Ntarshat/2596, Kajiado/Ntarshat/26459 and Kajiado/Ntarshat/26458, situate in the county of Kajiado, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the said land title deeds were fraudulently acquired, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said land title deeds for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and revert to its rightful owner, Nicholas Kariuki Gichobi (ID/0813077), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Fredrick Kimani (ID/8923415), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
