REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hussein Kassim Mohamed, of P.O. Box 328, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Mtondia/3403, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed in respect of the above parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
