THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mosese Mboonyi Lemunke, of P.O. Box 1–40700, Kilgoris in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.78 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Transmara, registered under title No. Transmara/Osinoni/198, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed in respect of the above parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
