REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bahati Thomas Ngumbao, is registered as proprietor in freehold ineterest of all that parcel of land containing 4.64 hectares or thereabout, known as Gongoni Settlement Scheme/2527, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title in respect of the above parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under the that no objection has been received within that period.
