WHEREAS Leslie Melvyn Bateman (PP/143339423), is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as subdivision No. 8787/1/MN., situate in municipality of Mombasa in the Mombasa County, registered under C.R. 25128 and C.F. 42447, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
