REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Milcah Wambui Muchiri, (2) Hellen Waithira Muchiri, (3) Alice Wanjiru Muchiri, (5) Ruth Wangui Muchiri and (6) Rachel Njoki Muchiri, all of P.O. Box 9793–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12096/6, situate in Nakuru Municipality in Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 72574/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
