THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Dimitros Wainaina Mukoma and (2) Sophia Wanjiru Mukoma, as the administrators of the estate of Wanjiku Kamau (deceased), are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.63 acre or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Mutuini/107, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Sucession Cause No. 308 of 2021 has issued a grant in favour of (1) Dimitros Wainaina Mukoma and (2) Sophia Wanjiru Mukoma, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
