APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 155 (5) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, regulation 167 (4) of the Public Finance Management (County Governments) Regulations, 2015 and section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Issa Abdalla Timamy, appoint— ANWAR MBARAK OMAR to be the Chairperson of the Internal Audit Committee of the County Government of Lamu, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st November, 2024.
