IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 71 (2) (b) of the Competition Act, 2010, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning re-appoints— ODONGO MARK OKEYO to be a member of the Council of the Competition Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 17th January, 2025.
