TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025 By (1) Rahimudin Abdulrazak and (2) Reyazudin Abdulrazak, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulrazak Hussein Hasham, who died on 30th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2025 By (1) Salma Hasham Hussein and (2) Femida Hasham Hussein, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hasham Hussein Hasham, who died on 30th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
