TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 26th September, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2025 By (1) Rahma Mohamed Ibrahim and (2) Hawolul Saladi Hassan, both of P.O. Box 106108–00101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saladi Hassan, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2025. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By Sabiq Umar Harun, of P.O. Box 47455–00101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayubali Harun Suleiman Omar, who died at Dawasafe Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
