E21 OF 2025 By Joseah Kipchoge Sombee, of P.O. Box 122, Kobujoi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sombe arap Keino alias Sombee arap Kipkeino, who died at Kapkelei, on 5th December, 1980. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By Monicah Jepkosgei Maritim, of P.O. Box 1–40116, Chemelil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Korir, who died at Kibigong, on 18th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By Magret Jepkorir Kurgat, of P.O. Box 20, Miwani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkurgat arap Mining, who died at Chemursoi, on 5th November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
