TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By (1) Emmanuel Kibet Ndiwa and (2) Willy James Thamache Ndiwa, both of P.O. Box 1, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiwa Masaba Masogo, who died at Keringet Sub-location, on 17th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 By Simon Limanyang Kanyoku, of P.O. Box 30, Weiwei in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Konyoku Lotingukwir alias Konyoku Lotikwer, who died at Keringet Sub-location, on 7th February, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
