TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2025 By (1) Isaya Obonyo Odek and (2) Ruth Atieno Odek, both of P.O. Box 1–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salmon Odek Ouma, who died on 31st August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2025 By Casianes Odhiambo Ajwang, of P.O. Box 149–40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ajwang Achuro alias Ojwang Ajwang, who died on 10th December, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
