E298 OF 2024 By (1) Nathan Oigo Achola and (2) Victor Owino Achola, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nyakwaka Woigo alias George Nyakwaka Waigo, who died on December, 1985. CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025 By Susan Adhiambo Okal, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Audi Andere, who died at Sakwa Kamnara, on 13th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2025 By Jesca Achieng Ndhaya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apollo Ndigro alias Appolo Ndigro Onyango, who died at Usigu, on 16th May, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
