E226 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Anyango Opiyo and (2) John Richard Ogutu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Opiyo Ojwang alias William Opiyo, who died at Uranga Sub-location, on 20th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. 353 OF 2025 By Prischar Adhiambo Onyango, of P.O. Box 90–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Okelo Odongo alias Okelo Odongo, who died at Malunga Central Sub-location, on 11th August, 2000. E389 OF 2025 By Emmanuel Owino Wadenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucia Akoth Oluoch, who died at Karapul Sub-location, on 12th May, 2018. Box 93, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Oloo, who died at Kamabare, on 12th August, 1975. CAUSE NO. 404 OF 2025 By Joseph Awuor Rajwayi, of P.O. Box 93, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojijo Oloo, who died at Kamabare, on 26th February, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
