TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By (1) Fidellis Mueke Ngulli and (2) Celestine Mwikali Mutuku, both of P.O. Box 28306–00200, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Mbeke Mueke, who died at Ruiru, on 2nd July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By (1) Mwasya Kasuu and (2) Sammy Kasuu Ndiso, both of P.O. Box 1, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasoo Ndiso, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
