TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2025 By (1) James Kariuki Gathumbi and (2) Florence Wanjiru Wamwea, both of P.O. Box 117, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathumbi Kibuchi, who died at Thigirichi, on 3rd June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Maina Kinyanjui and (2) Caxton Irungu Kinyanjui, both of P.O. Box 643, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyanjui Njuguna, who died at Tumutumu, on 13th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2025 By Wairimu Kamau Kanyonyo, of P.O. Box 35, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kanyonyo, who died at Tetu, Gacharu, on 22nd December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2025 By Wambuci Mukono Kiige, of P.O. Box 70, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njege Muchiri, who died at Gacharu in 1961. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
